What if I only want the Polyvagal Theory masterclass?

You can absolutely access the Polyvagal Theory session on its own. It’s perfect if you want to focus specifically on nervous system regulation and understanding the mind-body connection.

How long are the sessions?

The Polyvagal Theory masterclass includes a 45-minute lecture and a 100-minute guided practice. The full series includes over 6 hours of content across all three parts.
